With an engineering foundation and Cisco networking credentials, Manuel built his career at the intersection of technology and business strategy. He advised Fortune 500 companies and government administrations on digital transformation. He became a certified business consultant through the Hubbart College Institute.
He founded two Washington, DC-based institutes — USIBID for executive business education and USIDHR for international diplomacy and governance training — building them into recognized programs with global reach.
